He was born on September 27, 1953 in Alimbetovka village, Leninsky district, Aqtobe region, the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He graduated from Orenburg Order of the Red Banner of Labor Agricultural Institute with specialization of "Mechanization of Agriculture" (years of study - 1971 ... 1976).
He had professional retraining at the Academy of Personnel Support of the AIC on Management Program with the right to conduct a new type of professional activity (years of study - 2002 ... 2003).
He is Doctor of Technical Sciences, having specialty 05.20.01 - mechanization of agricultural production (1993).
He is Professor of the Department of "Mechanization of animal breeding". The academic title was awarded by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine in 1993.
He is Professor of the department of processing of livestock products. The academic title was assigned by the Ministry of General and Professional Education of the Russian Federation in 1998.

Improvement of equipment and technological processes of the production and processing of agricultural products (mechanization of heifer preparation for lactation, mechanization of milking, mechanization of preparation and distribution of feed, improvement of equipment for drying agricultural raw materials, improvement of technical means for onion harvesting, improvement of extrusion technology based on thermovacuum effect ).

He is a member of dissertational councils for defending doctoral dissertations of Ryazan State Agrotechnological University (D 220.057.03) and Penza SAU (D 220.053.02).
