Maksimov Vladimir Ilyich studied from 1965 to 1970 and graduated with honors from Kazan Veterinary Institute named after N.E. Bauman (Kazan, Russia, USSR), he received higher education in veterinary specialty, his qualification is veterinarian; from 1970 to 1973 he was a full-time graduate student at the Department of Physiology of Agricultural Animals, under the supervision of the Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor V.F. Lysov.
He passed his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences (03.00.13 - physiology of man and animals) on the following topic: "On the functional activity of the sympathetic adrenal system of calves and lambs in various phases of the early postnatal period" (1973) and the doctoral thesis (03.00.13 - physiology) on the topic: "Hormonal status of animal organs in postnatal ontogenesis" (1999).
From 1973 to 2000, at first he was an assistant of the Department of Physiology of Farm Animals of Kazan Veterinary Institute named after N.E. Bauman, and then an associate professor of the same department. In 1978-1982 he worked as an expert teacher at the veterinary institute in Debreu-Zeit, Ethiopia. He supervised 21 graduate students, 9 candidates of science and 9 doctors of science. Currently, he supervises 2 postgraduate students, offers consultations for 4 doctoral dissertations. Maksimov V.I. has been a Member of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission for Zootechnical and Veterinary Sciences, the Physiological Society named after I.P. Pavlov since 1970; as well as a Member of Academic Council and two dissertational councils for doctoral dissertations of FSBEI HE Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology – Moscow Veterinary Academy named after K.I. Scriabin; a member of Scientific and Technical Council of the Section of Physiology and Biochemistry of Agricultural Animals of the Russian Academy of Sciences; a member of The Scientific Council of the Federal Institute of the Development of Education, a member of the following editorial boards: Russian Veterinary Journal (agricultural animals), Russian Veterinary Journal (small domestic and wild animals), Veterinary Medicine of Kuban, the Scientific Notes of Kazan Veterinary Institute, the Scientific Works of FSBEI HE Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology – Moscow Veterinary Academy named after K.I. Scriabin, the scientific journal "Physiology" of the National Academy of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan; he used to be a member of the organizing committee for congresses of physiologists of Russia and Kazakhstan; he is an Honored Professor of Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Don State Agrarian University, academician of the International Academy of Agrarian Education and others. Vladimir Ilyich is awarded with awards, among them: Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation, the Certificate of appreciation of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the USSR; Diploma of the Laureate for the III place in the competition of the State Education of the USSR in 1990 "New technologies of training"; the medal "In memory of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan", he holds the title of "Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation", he was also awarded the silver medal of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation "For Contribution to the Development of the Russian Agro-Industrial Complex" and others.The profile of the scientist in eLIBRARY : |
